Billie Eilish Responds After Kanye West Demands Apologies From The Singer
“I wait for people to be OK before I keep going.”
Billie Eilish‘s tour in Atlanta had been a success, and many of you have probably learned of how she stopped her show midway when she heard her fans screaming for her from next to the stage.
The 20-year-old stopped her gig in Georgia and listened to her fan before asking, “Do you need an inhaler?”
She asked her staff, “Do we have an inhaler? Can we just grab one?”
Her staff worked on providing the guest help and an inhaler with Billy adding, “Give her some time… don’t crowd.”
“I wait for people to be OK before I keep going,” she told the crowd while waiting for the fan to feel better.
However, a news outlet had interpreted her comment to be a “diss” towards Travis Scott after the Astroworld tragedy that killed 10 people while injuring hundreds.
While quoting the article, Travis wrote, “COME ON BILLIE WE LOVE YOU PLEASE APOLOGIZE TO TRAV AND TO THE FAMILIES OF THE PEOPLE WHO LOST THEIR LIVES NO ONE INTENDED THIS TO HAPPEN TRAV DIDN’T HAVE ANY IDEA OF WHAT WAS HAPPENING WHEN HE WAS ON STAGE AND WAS VERY HURT BY WHAT HAPPENED AND YES TRAV WILL BE WITH ME AT COACHELLA BUT NOW I NEED BILLIE TO APOLOGIZE BEFORE I PERFORM.”
And Billie responded with a comment on Travis’ demand.
It reads, “literally never said a thing about Travis. was just helping a fan.”
Billie has also been stopping her shows when spotting a troubled fan since she was as young as 16 as shown in a viral video that was uploaded during her small concert held in Stockholm.
Kanye West’s demand has been rejected shortly after he begs to have his family back. Hours before that, his current girlfriend, Julia Fox, had mentioned that their relationship is serious and that it’s normal for him to have “residual feelings” from his previous relationship.
Travis Scott has also recently welcomed his second child with Kylie Jenner and claimed that he didn’t realize what was going on when sitting down for the first interview after the Astroworld tragedy.
