The tweet, shared by Joseph Morris, was referencing how Israel doesn’t enforce court verdicts from the US, which means Heard can avoid having to pay her ex-husband $10 million for compensation. The actress is currently on a trip to Israel and they were last seen enjoying their meals in a restaurant in Tel Aviv.

She’s also brought along her daughter, Oonagh Paige Heard, and they were seen entering the Holy Land together, suggesting they might convert to Judaism.
