Amber Heard Secretly Films Johnny Depp Smashing Cupboards After Downing ‘Mega Pint’ Of Wine
“Clearly, I was having a bad time.”
In the midst of Depp’s defamation lawsuit and Heard’s countersue of him lying, a clip of Depp throwing a tantrum in his house in West Hollywood was played in the court. The clip was secretly filmed by Amber Heard, which showed the man kicking the door and banging on the cupboards.
For the past week, Johnny Depp has been giving his testimonies to clean his name after multiple media outlets and his former actress wife had been labeling him as an abuser. Depp was seen kicking on the furniture while yelling “motherf***er” as Heard asked, “What happened?”
“All I did was say sorry. Did something happen to you?” she asked again while Depp paced around the room as if anger was boiling up in him. The argument continued until Depp poured himself a glass of red wine while Heard tried to hide the phone she was using to secretly film him.
“You drank this whole thing this morning? You’re smashing s***,” she tried to distract him. But Depp, who saw the phone, grabbed for it, and it wasn’t clear what happened, but it may have been thrown on the ground.
Heard could be heard chuckling at the end of the video.
Heard’s defense lawyer Ben Rottenborn spoke, “This is at your house in West Hollywood. That’s you on the video. You were violent?”
“Clearly, I was having a bad time. I don’t know what with regard to, but being illegally recorded by your chosen other is quite fitting with the rest of the photographs and tape recordings,” Depp answered him.
“She tried to hide it from me and laughed and smiled at the end. That was the most interesting part.”
He continued, “I did assault a couple of cabinets, but I did not touch Miss Heard.”
Depp admitted that there’s a possibility he was drunk at the moment and Rottenburn followed it up with, “You poured yourself a mega pint of red wine?”
“A mega pint? I poured myself a large glass of wine. I thought it necessary.”
As they get further into the questioning around the video, Depp stated, “I don’t know about anyone else, but I’ve had experiences where one does stray from complete control over their emotions at times. I did not try to intimate Miss Heard.”
“Why was she filming? If she was scared to death, why didn’t she leave?”
