Amber Heard Recalls The First Time Johnny Depp ‘Hit’ Her And Did A ‘Cavity Search’ On Her

Amber Heard took the stand for the defamation lawsuit as she shared in detail how she’s been abused by Johnny Depp from being slapped multiple times to having a “cavity search” done on her.

Heard’s defense team has argued that Heard never revealed anyone’s name in her op-ed for Washington Post, but Depp’s defense team claimed that the actor had lost a total of $40 million, including a $20 million deal with Disney for ‘Pirates of the Caribbean 6.’

Depp denies ever laying a hand on a woman ever and pointed his hand at Heard for being the abusive one.

Heard shared how she was slapped for the first time ever in their relationship in 2012. It was before they got married and she recalled they were having a drink with a “jar of cocaine” that was on the table. Heard, who noticed his tattoo on his forearm, asked what it says as she couldn’t really see the “muddled” tattoo.

Depp said “Wino” which Heard laughed at because she did not understand the reference that was to his ex, Winona Ryder. Depp then slapped her, and Heard shared that she “laughed.”

She recounted in the court, “I laughed because I didn’t know what else to do. I thought, ‘This must be a joke.’ This must be a joke because I didn’t know what was going on. I just stared at him, kind of laughing at him still, thinking he was going to start laughing too to tell me it was a joke.”

She continued recalling how Depp reacted to her laughing with “You think you’re funny b**ch?” before landing a second slap on her. Heard stopped laughing and stared at the man, realizing he wasn’t joking at all.

She said, “I just stared at him because I didn’t know what else to do.”

The third slap landed “hard,” the actor’s ex-wife continued. She added, “I’m all the sudden realized that the worst thing has just happened to me that could possibly happen to you. I realize — I wish so much that he would have said he was joking.”

“I didn’t want to leave him. I didn’t want this to be the reality. I didn’t want to have the man I was in love with. I know you don’t come back from that, you know. I’m not dumb. I knew you can’t hit a woman. I knew you can’t hit a man.”

She then continued to recall how he “got down on his knees” and suddenly apologized, “I will never do that again, I’m so sorry baby. I thought I put the monster before.”

Among many memories, she recalled one from March 2013 when Depp went back into drinking again and it turned into a “never-ending fight.” She sent a picture of the bruise on her arm to her mother after she was allegedly hit by Depp who accused her of having an affair.

On another occasion, the couple went on a vacation at a trailer park in Hicksville, California. Drugs were being distributed around and one woman who had MDMA was seated right next to her. She started leaning on her and put her head on her. Heard admitted to also having ingested mushrooms.

She remembered Johnny getting “really upset” at the scene but the woman “giggled and leaned into me more.” Heard continued, “I knew instantly it wasn’t a joke but she didn’t. He says it again to her, you think you’re touching my f**king girl? That’s my f**king girl. He gets louder and louder.”

“She kind of started to cry but threw up her hand and Johnny grabbed her wrist and twisted it and pulled her into him. (He said) do you know how many pounds of pressure it takes to break a human wrist? He held her and she looked frozen. She’s crying.”

She stepped in and brought Depp back to their trailer who accused her of having an affair with the woman. He also demanded cocaine from her and “started smashing things.” She added, “He picked up something on the table and threw it into the glass cabinet.”

Heard testified, “He’s screaming at me and eventually I go back into the bedroom area, he comes into the bedroom area. He was looking for something. I went into the bathroom and as I come out he asked me where it is, and how long I’d been hiding it. I was like what you talking about.”

“(He said) you know what I’m f**king talking about, be honest with me. Where are you hiding it?”

She then described in detail how it went down, “He starts patting me down, he ripped my dress. He’s grabbing my breasts, he’s touching my thighs, he rips my underwear off and then he proceeds to do a cavity search. He said he was looking for his cocaine, his coke.”

“He just shoved his fingers inside me. I just stood there staring at the stupid light, I didn’t know what to do. He twisted his fingers around. I didn’t say stop or anything.”

Then on June 24, 2013, while both were intoxicated with MDMA during their flight to Russia, she claimed Depp had convinced the flight attendant who got friendly with her after it. The actor then told her to never touch Heard again and then “whacked” her when they got to the hotel until blood came out of her nose.

Heard spoke in the court, “I wanted him to care. There was this sense that he didn’t know what was going on.”

During their vacation in the Bahamas with Depp’s kids, Heard also recalled her ex-husband secretly drinking. He got intoxicated and was acting unusual, which made Lily-Rose, his then 14-year-old daughter, cry. They got into a fight.

“He was accusing me of making them (his children) aware he was drinking again and he slams me up against the sidewall of the bedroom by my neck and holds me there for a second and tells me he could f**king kill me and that I was an embarrassment, this whole thing was a joke, I made him feel sick.”
