Furze, 40, from Lincolnshire, has been known for his inventions, including the drivable hot tub car, and the world’s fastest mobility scooter.
Furze used a golf buggy to develop the impressive Landspeeder weighing 40 kilos. Released ahead of the Star Wars Film, The Rise of Skywalker this month, it’s believed to be the only full-scale model metal Landspeeder in existence.
Traveling at 25mph using a wheeled power, Furze said; ‘I built the Landspeeder vehicle by adapting a golf buggy and as far as I know it’s the only full-scale model in existence which has jets and made from metal. Others are made from fiberglass.’
