Should breastfeeding in public be normalized?
The NSFW footage of Calcium Cannon, going topless to feed her son in a supermarket aisle has sparked outrage online. The aim of the busty brunette is to #NormalizeBreastfeeding as she showed herself holding her bare breast to the child’s mouth and stroking his head while he nurses.
The clip has earned over 14M views and Cannon has got some knockers slut-shaming her for breastfeeding in public.
In the comment of the video by @MsCalciumCannons98, disparagers didn’t shy about bashing the Houston-based for the display, as one wrote: “Only dogs would do this kind of s**t. Another said: “Arrest her for indecent exposure.” While a third added: “You have no class, slut-shaming Cannon for partially disrobing.
A critic challenged the mom’s motive, saying: “You’re not trying to normalize it, you’re sexualizing it.”
With the burst of cruel remarks, the bodacious breastfeeder eventually stood up for herself. She responded to the critic, stating: “No Darlene, that’s your mind s*xualizing it. There’s nothing s*xual about this video whatsoever. In the body of a subsequent post, Cannon also punctuated her indifference with a laughing emoji.
She then hit back, saying: “The fact that people think feeding my child makes me a [slut] is outrageous.”

This time around, breastfeeding advocates came to Cannon’s defense, arguing her exhibition is natural. A supporter cheered: “That’s right, mama. Feed your baby. If you had smaller breasts, these comments would be different.” Another said: “WTF else is the kid supposed to do? Starve. While someone else insisted: “It’s natural. Well done for feeding your child mama.”
An equally approving backer also stated: “Do what’s best! People just need to normalize it.”
