Jennifer Lawrence Bursts Into Giggles After Spotting A New Yorker Wearing The Same Dress As Her
A fashion twinning moment.
The Kentucky-native Jennifer Lawrence had recently been left both shocked and in a fit of giggles after seeing a woman wearing the same dress as her. It’s clear the woman has a similar taste in fashion as the movie star, with the duo seen sporting a cream-colored $625 maxi dress from La Garconne in New York.
The actress is known for her impeccable sense of style and has served as an ambassador for Christian Dior.
The high-end fashion house had also designed Lawrence’s wedding dress, and for her acting skills, the beauty had accepted her Oscar award in 2013 for her role in Silver Linings Playbook in a Dior Dress, designed by Raf Simons, who served as the creative director for the French brand.
However, the 31-Year-Old first spotted the woman from afar while strolling with a friend in the Big Apple.
The woman herself couldn’t hold back but turn around and share a laugh with the Oscar winner. The good-natured star looked amused at the accidental twining, although the woman styled hers with a Bottega Veneta tote and clogs while Lawrence paired the neutral dress with black sandals, a two-tone handbag, and tiny framed sunglasses.
It was an unforgettable moment as the New Yorker again grinned as the award-winning actress continued on her walk with her friend.
Accordingly, Lawrence, who went makeup-free for the outing, was seen holding on to an umbrella over her head to beat the ultraviolet rays. She had earlier been spotted in the same dress [pictured above] but styled it with a gingham bucket hat and a Christian Dior saddlebag in blue. The outing comes just five months after she welcomed her first child with husband Cooke Maroney, a 37-Year-Old art dealer.
The Hunger Games star hasn’t confirmed the child’s gender, but the host referred to the baby as HE amid a May appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres show.
