Aniston is labelled a nepotism baby.

Jennifer Aniston went viral after expressing her frustration about how internet culture negatively impacted Hollywood during a chat with fellow actor Sebastian Stan for Variety’s Actors on Actors Interview. The 53-Year-Old insisted people famous through the internet and social media, like Paris Hilton and Monica Lewinsky, have been diluting Hollywood.

Twitter users lashed out at the Friends actress for her claims, and now Monica has taken a swipe at Aniston.

It’s believed Aniston criticized Monica as being famous for doing nothing, and while the 48-Year-Old has yet to issue a response, she had made her feelings on the matter clear when she liked a tweet that criticized stars who have demeaned another woman’s past despite claiming to preach empowerment. The tweet was hinged on Monica’s role in pop culture and how dozens of singers and rappers have used her name over the years.

Monica was famously at the center of a s*x scandal with then-President Bill Clinton in 1998 after his two-year s*xual relationship with the then 24-Year-Old intern came to light.

User @ernestewell, who posted the tweet, hit out at hypocrites who have bashed the former White House intern over the years. The tweet read: “Even @Beyonce, Ms. Female-in-Power (who I do love and enjoy) used Ms. Lewinsky’s name in a song about… well, something. For women who preach empowerment to demean another woman’s past [and] drag her out for the sake of it looks really hypocritical.”

In a separate tweet, the user deliberated: “I wonder if @Lizzo asked Lorena Bobbitt to use her name & her violent actions, the way hundreds of rappers & comedians use @MonicaLewinsky ‘s name as a pejorative, forgetting the actual woman behind it; who has feelings, a spirit, their own mental health to maintain, and dignity.”

During her chat with 39-Year-Old Sebastian, Aniston had discussed the Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee s*x tape leak in 1995, which Stan’s Hulu series was based upon. She said the leak took place during a period when the internet began to influence society as she mused: “It was right at the time when the internet really shaped a new culture about people becoming famous.” Paris Hilton’s private s*x tape had featured herself and then-BF Rick Salomon, released onto the internet in 2004.

The Just Go With It Star’s comment instantly sparked fury responses from people who felt her finding fame was iconic due to the fact her parents are late actress Nancy Dow and Days of Our Lives star John Aniston, 88.

Many argued she failed to realize how social media helped talent from overlooked communities find fame.

However, Aniston’s father had initially discouraged her from pursuing acting, but soon, the veteran actor became supportive as she began to make her name in Hollywood. In an interview with E! News, he had praised his daughter: “Jennifer is a natural talent. There are certain things you can learn in this business, and there are certain things you can’t learn. The comic instinct that she has is unerring. That’s her greatest asset.”

On the other hand, Aniston landed her first regular TV role on Molly in 1990 and appeared in Ferris Bueller, a TV adaptation of the 1986 film Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.

Both Molly and Ferris Bueller were canceled, and the star had a few more minor roles before landing as Rachel Green in Friends in 1994.
