Jojo Siwa Confirms She’s Back Together With GF Kylie Prew
“If you love something let it go, if it comes back…”
Jojo Siwa and GF Kylie Prew are officially back together! The pair first started dating in 2021, about the same time the former Dance Moms star came out as GAY. However, rumors the duo split up quickly heightened in October 2021 when Siwa competed on Dancing With The Stars.
A month later, Siwa confirmed the breakup when she made a guest appearance on the This is Paris podcast.
At the time, she said: “I have yet to talk about this officially, publicity but we broke up. But she is still my best friend. I talked to her yesterday. She just got a new puppy. She’s awesome. She’s having the time of her life, I’m having the time of my life. I am lucky that I didn’t lose her completely because you, know even thought relationships end, friendships don’t have to end.”
But YES, they’re back! Siwa confirmed they’d reignited their romance through snaps taken at Disney World.
It was shared on both Twitter and Instagram, captioned: “if you love something, let it go, if it comes back…, along with a love emoji.
Fans of the couple weren’t only delighted with the news but didn’t hesitate to comment under the post as one person wrote: “So thrilled to see you back together. Oh, my word I love this so much, and FINALLY! WE’VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS!” Back in 2021, Siwa revealed that Kylie publicly encouraged her to share her truth about sexuality.
Speaking on “The Tonight Show” starring Jimmy Fallon, the actress had gushed: “I do have the amazing, wonderful, perfect, most beautiful girlfriend in the whole world.”
She added: “One day, I was on FaceTime with my girlfriend and I was like ‘I kind of just want to post this picture on my [Instagram] story. She was super encouraging, she was like ‘Do it and I was like, Alright and I didn’t it,’ then I went back to Facetiming with her.”
Well, Siwa and pro-partner Jenna Johnson made history, becoming the first same-sex dance couple to compete for the mirror ball trophy on Dancing with the Stars.
Of the win, she reportedly had claimed she was leaning on her older sister (Johnson) for support at the time. “[She’s] guided me through so many things. I think one thing specifically that she’s guided me through is finding happiness in myself. One thing that she’s done for me is made me happy with being me.” She concluded she’s forever grateful to have Jenna in her life.
