Alexis’ intention is to show people that it was very much possible to overcome the past and become friends with your husband’s former love flame with co-parenting. But just when she shared her story online, particularly on TikTok, she got slammed for stealing her best friend’s boyfriend and then marrying him.
In her video [now-viral], Alexis told of how Josh, her now-husband, cheated on his GF Alesha with her when they were at high school.
“Alesha and Josh – Josh is my husband – they dated in high school. Josh and I met right around the time when they started dating, and we became friends very fast. Yes, Josh cheated on Alesha with me throughout high school here and there and then Josh and I got together after they had broken up.”

She added: “They were still at loose ends and what not and they created Riley when Josh and I got together. So the past was messy!”
As they got to the end of Alexis’ clip, many TikTokers, without hesitation, expressed just how much they were disappointed in her. Many took to the comments to condemn her actions, with one saying: “You sound proud. WTG!!” While another said: “Not a good friend.” A third added: “You sound like a winner.”

Taking to defense, Alexis claimed the story isn’t all as it seems, stating that “We became best friends AFTER and for the kids and co-parenting such a loser thing for me to do.” As a result, a few supported Alexis, with one saying: “People act like they weren’t teens once.” While another said: “Oh, thanks for explaining; glad everything is going well now.
