Target Unveil Plans To Open Disney Shops In Stores Across The US This Fall
Enhancing customers’ experience is key!
Target is planning to enhance its customers’ shopping experience by launching a permanent Disney Shops in selected stores across the United States this fall.
The company has also launched a new Disney-hinged digital experience on its website with the full description made available.

Collaborating with The Walt Disney Co., the retailer plans to create a new ‘shop-in-shop location that will be unveiled at 25 selected Target stores on October 4, with over 40 more planned to be unveiled by October 2020.

Brain Cornell, the CEO of Target had taken to the stage with the Chairman of Disney Parks Experiences and Products, Bob Chapek at the D23 Expo in Anaheim to unveil the news
The selected areas, planned to be near the children’s clothing and toys will, however, carry more than 450 items and will equally take about 750 feet.
The clothes, accessories, games, and toys to be sold out in the selected shops will be coming from a variety of Disney Franchise, including Marvel, Star Wars, and Disney Princess.
Along with the new Disney shops, the company is also planning to open a new Target Store close to the Walt Disney Resort in Orlando in 2021
Over 100 products had previously been available at Disney’s retail outlets. While the studio is currently operating about 300 of its personal stores globally, Chapek explained that the company has been seeking new ways to enhance their customers’ experience amid the traffic declines at its mall.
Along with the new Disney shops, the company is also planning to open a new Target Store close to the Walt Disney Resort in Orlando in 2021.
