Weakness! A lot of people trip when told to talk about their weaknesses. Who doesn’t have a weakness? The key problem with weakness is that many people don’t think about pointing how they are dealing with it. Okay, you have a time management problem, so have you been trying to work on a schedule? Everyone has their own problem, but this question is more about how you identify and address it to be an issue in your work later.
