Concerns of inflation for basic needs have become the headlines of news reports. But when CNN reported that a family has been going through 12 gallons of milk every week, people were so confused.
Twelve gallons or about 54.5 liters of milk pose to be quite the economic struggle for the family.

The middle-class family from Texas houses eight children, two of which are biologically theirs. Ms. Stotler said, “A gallon of milk was $1.99. Now it’s $2.79. When you buy 12 gallons a week times four weeks, that’s a lot of money.”
