She reminds people that the measurement can change every half a year. So whenever you’re looking for anything with breast measurement, every six month, measure them again!

“Your bra size is composed of two measurements.”

One is the band and the other is the bust. And here’s how you can measure the right size of the band and the bust:

Wrap the measuring band right under them all the way around. Make sure not to wear any, or only sports bra while measuring this! The pads might change your measurement, so be mindful of that.

Now once you get the number, round the values to the closest even number. Madison gave examples: if you got 35, round them up to 36 inches. If you got 34.5, round them down to 34. Another example: if you got 32, stay there! If you got 31, round them up to 32. If you got 30.5, round them to 30.

Next is the bust. Wrap it around the widest point and just like before, round them to the closest even value.

Here comes the math! Take your bust and band measurements, and find the difference (to be more accurate, it’s your bust minus your band value!).
