She was fat-shamed when she complained to the brand.
Destiny Campbell recently purchased a silver chain mail dress from Sorelle UK for a night out in Liverpool on New Year’s Eve. The 21-Year-Old appeared stunning in the dress but not until a disaster struck; the garment suddenly fell apart in the middle of the nightclub.
Destiny Campbell was forced to walk back to her hotel, clutching her exposed b**bs after her dress fell apart.
Destiney, a size 10 to 12, had to hurriedly leave the packed club clutching at her dress to protect her modesty before rushing back to her hotel while the only part of the dress that stayed intact was the neck. To worsen the situation, she was even met with a rude remark from the retailer when she complained.

The retailer [Sorelle UK] even fat-shamed Destiny when she complained of the fail.
Destiny was fat-shamed, and they had suggested she should’ve sized up. “I knew I would be out for a long time because it was New Year’s Eve, so I felt comfortable enough in the dress. I wanted to look nice. We went to the club, and within an hour and a half, my friend told me to look down, and my b**bs were falling out of the dress.”
The distraught customer had paid £75 for the silver dress in a size medium from brand back in November.
“I was trying to hold the bottom bit, so my b**bs weren’t coming out. All of a sudden, the bottom skirt part came apart. Everything separated; I’m not exaggerating. My friend left the club with me, and I was walking home basically naked, my b**bs with my thong and bum hanging out,” Destiny, according to The Mirror, explained.
When Destiny asked for a refund, she was further humiliated & told she should have chosen the size up.
Sorelle UK also claimed it was not deemed a manufacturing fault the dress had been “broken.
She added that men were approaching her and trying to touch her, especially as she was vulnerable in a strange city. It was awful and embarrassing as everyone could see the torn apart outfit.
