It was love at first sight for Meirivone Rocha when her mum first introduced Marcelo, a toy ragdoll crafted for her. The doll was made after Meirivone complained about being single and having nobody to dance or talk with. Soon, a romance ensued, and the couple officially tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony.

The unique wedding had 250 guests in attendance, and so far, the 37-Year-Old has described family life with Marcelo as wonderful.

Talking about their love affair, Meirivone explained: “It was because I didn’t have a forro dancer. I would go to these dances but wouldn’t always find a partner. Then he entered into my life, and it all made sense. The wedding was a wonderful day for me, very important, very emotional. It rained a lot but it was wonderful. From that moment, I walked down the aisle to the end, it was just beautiful.”

“Then went to the wedding night with my husband Marcelo and we enjoyed our wedding night a lot.”

The Brazil-based continued: “It was a wonderful day for me. He is a man I have always wanted in my life. Married life with him is wonderful.” Meirivone added Marcelo doesn’t fight with her, doesn’t argue, and just understands her. She also claimed he’s a great and faithful husband and such a man women envy, although she admitted her husband could be pretty lazy.

Unfortunately, Meirivone is the only one struggling to pay bills as the sole breadwinner.

While she has come to live with it, the newlyweds have, on the other hand, welcomed a child together. On May 21st, the pair welcomed their doll-baby, Marcelinho, into the world with the help of a nurse and a doctor. It was live-streamed before an audience of about 200 people. Meirivone had gotten upset when people said the whole process was fake.

She hit back, insisting she was a woman of character and that her parents taught her to be honest and a good person, and she wouldn’t take advantage of anything.
