Woman Always Wakes Up Tired Finds Out Her Cat Hits Her For Hours In Her Sleep

It’s common knowledge that cats generally don’t care about you. In fact, they might be out to annoy you all day long, demanding attention just because. But you won’t stop loving them no matter what – they’re just way too cute and endearing to hate.

Susie and Mollie – that’s the name of the TikTok user that recently shared a funny video. The cat owner has been feeling tired when she wakes up in the morning because she kept getting woken up in the middle of the night. She couldn’t take it anymore and wanted to know what happens when she sleeps.

“I’m so tired in the morning; I knew I was being woken up… So, I set up a night vision camera to find out what was going on.”

Whoops! It’s Ginger’s fault!

Ginger is the woman’s orange tabby cat, and it turns out that the cat continues to paws her and meow while she sleeps. The UK owner also wrote that this continues for about 4 hours from 11 pm to 3 am!

She’d hop on the bed, walks to her side, and then flop down. Ginger would then use her paw and poke her owner, meowing occasionally. She’d pace back and forth and then return to the same spot and poke on her again.

The owner was also seen giving Ginger pats, possibly unconsciously.

Pet WebMD explains that your cat might be waking you up for attention or habit. Johnson-Bennett explains that cats can be trained and that is how they adapt to their human owner lifestyle. It could also be a cue that they learned for getting attention or fed.

Here’s how people reacted to the cute video.
