Uber Driver Awkwardly Picks Up The Man She’s Dating – And He’s With Another Woman
It was one surprised after another.
Jen Worden thought that she’d just make some money with Uber on Friday before another date with a guy she’d just met on Hinge. But she never knew that she’d run into the guy, who did tell him that he was hanging out with his friends.
It just so happen that he was there with another woman who was the one that made the Uber order.
The 25-year-old made a hilarious TikTok clip and made a dramatic shocked face at what happened. In reality, though, the two of them pretended not to know each other throughout the entire ride.
“This actually happened,” she wrote in the caption of her viral TikTok clip.
Many viewers commended her for keeping it in as they said that they’d have lost it and how this would’ve been their “villain origin story.” As it reached over 3 million views, many asked for the details on the incident.
The Pennsylvania woman started off by explaining that they weren’t official yet, but she’s met him and his group friends before after meeting on Hinge.
She added that the woman that rode the Uber with him was also within the group of friends that he introduced her, but she didn’t recall it until after the fact. He also told her that he used to have a thing with one of the women there, but not anymore.
Jen says that she got the order from the woman and things didn’t click because they were all wearing masks. But things started to feel strange when the woman was talking about their friends.
She said, “I look in the rearview mirror, and we make eye contact and that’s when we both know. I knew it was him. He knew it was me.”
“I am like, wait, what’s happening right now?” she wondered after dropping them off at their destination. No more than 5 minutes later, he called her and said, ‘Hey, I’m really sorry. I knew that was you. I should have said something, but I just didn’t. I was in shock.’
“At this point, 90 percent of me thought they were just friends, and it was just a misunderstanding, a crazy coincidence. But there was 10 percent of me — a small percent — that was like are they on a date right now?”
The next day, he asked to meet her because he felt “weird” after what happened. “I straight-up asked, ‘Was this the girl that you had a thing with?’ And he said, ‘No, that wasn’t her.'”
But another twist is coming! The next day, she went out with her friends after her TikTok went viral. They were rehashing what happened when the bartender told her that she knew the woman they were talking about. In fact, she was sitting just right across the bar.
“I’m like no f**king way she’s here right now,” said Jen. “And, so, I am like I should talk to her? We should talk it out, you know? Because she probably already saw the TikTok.”
After believing the man that they were only friends, she was put into yet another shock because they were “definitely more than friends.” The two finally talked and it was confirmed that she was the girl that he had a thing with. She called him to come over.
He did come over and they finally had the final chat.
“At that point, he came clean, and there was really nothing else to say,” she said as the story almost concluded. They just “kinda sat and have a drink.”
She did not forget to include the detail where he picked up their $230 bill because they were there the whole day and tipped $100.
And that was the story of a pretty crazy weekend for her.
