He’s widely known for his colorful personality and in 2016 had run for president while also appearing on John Oliver’s Last Week Tonight to promote his campaign.
His longest marriage was to Brain Rhyne from 1986 to 2001, followed by his matrimony to J.C. Hartpence. Accordingly, Joe had a three-way wedding with John Finlay and Travis Maldonado in 2014. In April 2019, he was found guilty of a murder-for-hire plot against Carole Baskin, the CEO of Big Cat Rescue.
