A TikTok user doesn’t like the notion of having to work the regular 9-5 and thinks she’s just too physically superior to do that. Lucy Welcher, who has more than 80.3k followers and over 10.6 million likes on the platform, made quite a sensational declaration on her platform.
The video – which is currently unavailable – sees her speaking to her viewers, “I do not want to work for the rest of my life.”
Lucy continued, “Does it look like I want to get up at 6 a.m. every f**king day for the next 60 years? No! I’m too pretty for that!”
She took a sip from her coffee, a habit of hers as she regularly makes her content after getting a fresh cup of coffee to make her videos in the car. She’s often made lifestyle content, sharing fashion hauls, and reviews of the things she bought.
The avid Starbucks enjoyed shared that she loves shopping and it makes her happy. She added, “I will never compromise my happiness for anything.”
One criticized her, “Try waking up at 4 a.m. every day working 60 hours a week.”
“Someone’s entitled. I hope you get humbled girl, you need it. Looks have to nothing to do with working and it’s sad you have that mentality,” added another.
One commented, “How about trying to be an adult instead of a privileged princess expecting life to be handed to you?”
Lucy, who’s still a student, later updated that she was making a joke with the clip. She also previously complained about taxing and that “half of my paycheck” was paid for it.

But she’s also flooded with support and one commented, “Preach it sissy! Sending this to every employer I’ve ever had.”
