This Monkey Sharps A Rock And Later Uses It To Shatter Its Glass Enclosure

Was the Capuchin pretending to be scared?

It is always said that the Planet of Apes was literature. Obviously, they are mistaken! Most of had always had a saying that monkeys are smarter than they appear.

And now, they are figuring out how to escape from Zoos. Interesting! Anyways, a monkey out of the hundreds has proven this information and we are sure other monkeys will follow shortly.

Guests at the Zhengzhou Zoo in Central China were observers to the amazing stunt pulled by an adorable monkey who used a stone to shatter a glass enclosure. Nevertheless, the Zoo guests weren’t only shocked, the Columbian white-faced Capuchin also got away after realizing what has happened.

A tourist – Mr. Wang, according to Daily Mail explained that the monkey was seen sharpening stone before it started hitting on the glass. Mr. Wang also revealed that the monkey scared itself away, but came back to take another look at what it has done by even touching it.

But wait! Will the occurrence be regarded as an accident?  Or was the Capuchin pretending to be scared?

However,  the Zoo staff named Tian Shuliao also told the media that the monkey is an exception of other monkeys, adding that this particular one knows how to use tools to break walnuts.

“When we feed walnuts to other monkeys, they know how to bite and has never hit the glass before now. This is the first time and it’s a toughened glass. Right after the incident, we selected all the rocks and took away all of its weapons.” Tian added.
