Quilty, a four-legged friend got locked up in solitary confinement for letting other cats out of their enclosures.
The staff at Friend For Life Animal Rescue And Adoption Organization Shelter caught Quilty allowing other kitties out of his shelter, the senior room on several occasions during the day.
Dubbed as a serial offender, the Houston Shelter had also discovered he had always permitted a dog into the house at his former home.

Emerging on the internet that Quilty has been locked for permitting it other four-legged friends to run free, a campaign online hashtag #FreeQuilty was unveiled.
On the other hand, the shelter disclosed that Quilty’s review with the parole board failed as he has initially released himself before being brought back to solitary confinement.
Seeing the increased interest in Quilty’s case, the shelter has continued to share updates on the subject matter.
