Shopper Splashes Out On Bodycon Dress As It Gets Stuck On Her Head

Shopping for clothes online involves a lot of risks with the size ordered as well as the quality of the product. While it’s rare for shoppers to have to send back their ordered items if they had opted for a size that doesn’t fit, a woman’s issue wasn’t, however, exactly the norm.

One online shopper, from South East London, recently ordered two of the same outfits in different colors, both the same size, but was a shock when one didn’t fit into her head.

Hannah Goulding, 22, purchased a Red Snake Print Mesh High Neck Cut Out Bodycon dress via the PrettyLittleThing website for just £20.

Taking to Twitter, Hannah explained the odd sizing. Attaching a photo of the awkward moment as she tried on the dress that didn’t fit, Hannah captioned her post: ‘I feel so discriminated. I bought two colors in the same size and my head didn’t fit through the other one and it’s not even fat at all.’

‘I normally love purchasing clothes from PLT, and I actually love their shape range as it fits so well, with the exception of this recently ordered item of course. I ordered two sizes of each items because I couldn’t predict what size I might end up being.’ Hannah added.

The blogger has, however since contacted PrettyLittleThing about the situation and reacting, a spokeswoman replied to Hannah’s viral tweet revealing how sorry they are for the incident with her item.

‘Hello Hannah, I’m really sorry to see this. I totally understand how you feel about this, but can you please drop over a DM your email address, order number, and full address and it will be sorted out for you.’ The spokeswoman wrote.
