Princess Charlotte First Day Of School Is Filled Smiles!
Cute!
The princess is finally off for her first day at school with her brother George. The 4-year-old and 6-year-old will now attend Thomas’s Battersea in London.
Princess Charlotte looked adorable in her school uniform and Amaia Mary Janes. She had her hair tied back and Kate was carrying her backpack which had a unicorn keychain. Charlotte played with her hair as they arrive at the school.
Helen Haslem, head of the lower school, greeted the Cambridges and led the children in. Princess Charlotte gave the cameras a quick wave and looked excited for her first day at school.
Previously, she attended Willcocks Nursery School for a year and a half.
Upon entering the school for the first time, Princess Charlotte will have quite a bit of a schedule. She will be learning mandatory subjects, but beyond that, she will also learn French, computing, art, drama, and ballet.
The private school is also known to focus on seven developmental areas: personal, social, and emotional development; communication and language; physical development; literacy; mathematics; understanding the world; and expressive arts and design.
Meanwhile, George is entering Year 2 where he will be learning core subjects, like math, English, science, history, and geography. He will also be receiving religious studies and continue in French, computing, art/design technology, music, drama, physical education, and ballet.
