Dubai is a location where many people dream of, a big thanks to its luxurious view. Recently, one influencer visited the destination but has been slammed over a comment she made on This Morning. Sheridan Mordew, a fitness influencer, left fans outraged following a claim that her Dubai holiday was an essential work trip crucial for her mental health. On the show, Sheridan revealed she had also traveled to Dubai ahead of the New Year for work on her Shape Up with Sheer Business.

Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield – host of This Morning, equally appeared unimpressed. Specifically, Holly pointed out that travel regulations have always been clearly-stated and have nothing to do with mental wellness. ‘We speak about mental health on this program and how throughout all of this there’s an extraordinary number of people suffering from mental health.’

Phil equally reacted, pointing out that most of her fitness clips were seen filmed inside her apartment in Dubai- which could have been done in the United Kingdom. ‘The reason I came out to Dubai was purely for business. I am a personal trainer, many gyms are closed, so basically, I took my online business to Dubai, and now I do things in my apartment.’ The 24-Year-Old who appeared live by the swimming pool defended Phil’s comment.

In response, Sheridan then claimed: ‘The main reason was my self, my mental health kind of thing.’ Sheridan explained she struggled during the 2nd lockdown despite numerous clients depending on her to bring them happiness and motivation.
