A Twitter user just had the shock of his life when he got his hands on the bill for his dinner night with friends at Nusr-Et Steakhouse in London. The fine-dining experience set the group back £1,812, or about $2451, and Jamz just had to share the ridiculous price tags online.
The man reiterated that he’s cool with fine-dining, but definitely not with the ‘extortionate’ price tags.
The Salt Bae’s restaurant is one among the celebrity chef’s 17 joints. The 38-year-old has been hyping the opening of his own restaurant in London.
The man first went viral after his sensational salt sprinkling video turned into a meme.
He often made appearances in his restaurants, showing off his cooking prowess to serve menus such as Golden Giant Tomahawk steak for £1,450.
Included in his menus with astronomical prices are Golden Giant Striplion for £1,350 and Golden Kafes for £500. A cup of cappuccino is £50.
Although, arguably, they’re served in edible gold foil.
People are just equally in shock with the numbers shown on the bill.
