Model Sues Ex For Over $6,000,000,000 For Sharing Her Content
Hunter took control of Mikayla’s OnlyFans accounts and used them to sell videos and photos of her.
In a lawsuit filed in federal court this week, Mikayla Saravia alleged her ex-BF Nicholas Hunter changed the passwords of her social media accounts and then posted graphic photos and videos after they separated.
It’s claimed that Hunter, 27, shared numerous explicit images and videos of Mikayla, including for sale from October 2022 through January 2023.
On Jan 28, 2023, it was found that Hunter [pictured left] used Mikayla’s account to send an adult image to her 628,700 Twitter followers.
Shortly after, the 25-year-old was able to take control of her accounts, and her lawyer, Joseph DiRuzzo, acknowledged that his client had posted explicit content on her own, but pointed out that she was the one in control of those posts.
Mikayla has two accounts on OnlyFans – a free one and a more explicit one that is $30 a month.
Before their split, the lawsuit claims Hunter has been in business with Mikayla and as a result took control of both her accounts and used them to sell videos and photos.
Lawyer Joseph wrote in the complaint: “Just because you consented to an image in the past, it doesn’t mean you’re giving someone permission to post additional content without your consent. Defendants used the OnlyFans account to sell s*xually explicit videos and images of the plaintiff based on material he had amassed prior to the severance of their business and personal relationship.”
Mikayla specifically seeks damages of $6.3 billion which equates to 10,000 for each of the 628,000 Twitter followers she had in October when their relationship ended.
As Per Yahoo Finance, Hunter is an entrepreneur known as Nick Yard and his most significant success story is Mikayla. The article stated that Hunter managed KKVSH [the business he had with Mikayla] and grew her account through his innovative growth strategies from a mere 1K fans to nearly 5 million. In the lawsuit, it’s mentioned the pair are involved in a civil domestic violence case in Broward County, Florida.
