The image, taken in a car park situated in Sofia displayed several foam cylinders as they were seen hanging across the side of a silver Toyota hybrid on a thick wire.

The safety concerned car owner had also padlocked the wire to the center of each wheel rim to prevent the foam from falling out of place.

Mihail Madzarov, the person who shared the photos on Facebook said: ‘ This guy must have used his last penny to purchase this car. By the way, even the steering wheel has its own personal lock to stop the vehicle from being stolen.’ he added.
