Mom Who Accidentally Mooned School Class Says She’s Been Getting Hundreds Of DMs From Blokes
“At least 500 of them have been from men from Greece to Australia.”
Katie Hannaford went viral earlier this week after she mooned the crowd by accident. The 36-year-old was embarrassed to oblivion about the incident but has been learning to live and learn from it.
As her story went viral, Katie shared that she’s found herself acquainted with many interested blokes.
Her newfound fame had her knowing men from all over the world who wanted to know about her current relationship status. She told the Mirror, “I’ve had thousands of messages – at least 500 of them have been from men from Greece to Puerto Rico to Germany and even Australia, saying ‘how are you single?’ and calling me a ‘MILF.'”
The 15 minutes of fame that (unfortunately) began from her bum, however, has been making her smile. She said, “I can’t put into words how I feel but I’ve been loving every minute – I’ve not stopped laughing since.”
“I thought something was on my face the way people stared at me when I was in Tesco yesterday – I had to give myself a reality check and remember why.”
She’s been pleased to see how people have just been praising her for being a good mom who’s running her best for her daughter. She continued, “The best comment I have seen is one that said: ‘Don’t be a Karen, be a Katie’. I can’t take credit, but it’s my favorite.”
The Basildon-based mom admitted that there were annoying trolls, but nothing they did have been significant to her current amazing mood. She told them, “To the haters, there’s nothing you can say or do that will hurt or upset me. The whole world’s seen my bum now, but it is what it is – I can’t hide from it. I don’t care.”
“It’s not embarrassing, it’s funny – I don’t care for drama or conflict, I just want to have fun.”
She was initially red-faced after lifting her face off the ground. But she soon got over that and learned to see the fun in it. She shared, “I’m not sporty at all, but [my daughter] kept begging me. In the end, I agreed to the race – I knew I’d come last.”
“I just tripped over my own feet – I think my body was just moving too fast for my legs! I’m so clumsy, I’m always falling over. I was humiliated at the time, but it is what it is … definitely the funniest thing I’ve ever done in my life!”
