Fashion photography is one of the numerous niches that escapes austere definition and for the most part, it entails creativity unlimited. Photographers can take photos of whatever they want and it’s evident that accessories, makeup, and even clothes form a big part of an incredible photo. Here, Kimberly Douglas a self-taught photographer, model, and Instagram influencer based in California has taken to the internet to reveal how she goes about her magazine-worthy self-portraits.
The 23-Year-Old started curated self-portraits in a bid to launch her modeling career and not only does Douglas share the outcome to social media, but also post photos of the setup to show followers how she entirely does it all herself. Specifically, Douglas had in 2019 conducted over 125 photoshoots and interestingly uses the guest room in her home as the studio. While Douglas photo shoots of herself against props and background created from the scratch, she’s inspired by nature and it’s certain she can convert random objects into masterpieces.
