Man Marries Triplets On The Same Day After They All Proposed To Him
Not everyone was on board with the tri-nuptials, but overall, they’re happy.
Photos of a marital quartet are currently making rounds on the internet. The newlyweds’ journey started after Luwizo [the husband] met with one of the triplets, Natalie, and instantly fell head over heels with her. But things took a turn after he visited her home and introduced her twin sisters, Natasha and Nadege.
Both Natasha and Nadege became equally smitten with their sister’s new flame, and eventually, the trio popped the big question, “Will You Marry Us.”
Luwizo was reportedly startled that he almost fainted. Speaking with Afrimax English of the unconventional wedding which went down in South Kivu, located in the Eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo, he said: “It seems like I was dreaming!”
One of the triplets was quoted as saying of the lifetime three-for-one deal: “When we told him he had to marry all of us, he was shocked. But because he had already fallen in love with all of us, nothing could stop our plans since we were also in love with him.” Despite being taken aback at the unorthodox proposal, Luwizo told Newsflash he was obliged to marry all of them because they are triplets.
“My parents don’t understand what I’m doing,” Luwizo lamented, adding that they didn’t even attend the ceremony. He went ahead without their blessing.
Being married to the same man doesn’t seem odd to the triplets as they’ve been used to sharing everything since childhood. The brides reportedly couldn’t contain their happiness over the arrangement, with one gushing: “Today we are happy, as you can because our dreams came true without being separated by husbands, but God heard our prayers.”
Luwizo also gushed: “You have to lose something to gain another. So I am happy to marry the triplets no matter what others think. But all I can say is that love has no limits.”
