Jeff Bezos’s Ex-Wife Mackenzie Scott Is Single Again After Divorcing Her Second Husband

Mackenzie Scott is officially single again as the divorce paperwork is finalized. The ex-wife of Jeff Bezos has been keeping her second marriage to Dan Jewett story under wrap since she filed for divorce three months ago.
TMZ reported that a Washington judge has officially announced the 52-year-old spit from chemistry teacher Dan Jewett.
The couple has previously signed a pre-nup ahead of their 2021 marriage, but its unclear how the assets are split between them.
The Giving Pledge site was first used to announce the marriage of MacKenzie Scott and Dan Jewett back on March, 2021. His name was added to the vow of the couple that are donating the majority of their wealth to charity.
Soon after the divorce was requested, his name was removed from the page.
Scott famously split up from Jeff Bezos and won $36 billion from the split in 2019. She’s one of the wealthiest women in the world and has dedicated over $12 billion for charities.
She got the $37.5 million Seattle mansion after the divorce in 2019 and it may or may not have been split in the pre-nup. Jewett also removed his name from her Medium post about their philantrophy journey.
Scott’s estimated net worth is at $28 billion according to Bloomberg. One of the mansions she owns in Seattle, priced at stunning $37.5 million price.
The couple, particularly Scott has been rather quiet about their assets. What’s known of what Scott owns are her three large estates, including the Seattle mansion and two more in Beverly Hills. She’s given away the two California properties to charity last year.
Details on their marriage split shares may never be revealed to the public given their secrecy.
Her homes in California and Seattle was as a result of her divorce from Bezos after he had an affair with Lauren Sanchez.
The couple divorced after 25 years together with four children.
