Jeff Bezos was blasted 65 miles up above the sky in his rocket. He declared the moment on Tuesday as his ‘best day ever,’ and as it appears, many people think similarly. The Amazon CEO was joined by his brother, Mark, Wally Funk, and Oliver Daemen, who is still 18.
They only spent 8 minutes out and landed in West Texas safely in their New Shepard rocket. The billionaire… did not become the first to head to space after Richard Branson beat him to it with his Virgin Galactics. On top of that, people landed on the moon decades ago, so nothing is particularly new about it.
