“I Was Forced To Go On Vacation With My Ex And It Was Quite Traumatic”
It’s no doubt awkward.
One of the many videos making the rounds on the internet is that of TikTok user @sadgirlhours3344. In it, she told of how she got stuck with her ex-BF on vacation due to an already planned trip that was non-refundable. Spotted holding a champagne glass while seated on a beach chair, she explained in her clip: “We broke up before the trip. The trip was non-refundable. We went on said trip”.
It was not the break-up vacation she imagined, but most people are convinced it’s a sign they’re meant to be together.
Some were in disbelief that she went through with the holiday as it might be an awkward one. The TikToker equally panned over to show her ex-BF sitting next to her near the ocean and captioned the video: “When you break up, but the trip was refundable. Two–week vaca!!!!!” In the comments, one person wrote: “I’ve learned from experience not to book “vacations with BFs too far in advance.” Another added: “Lmao, at least he didn’t ask you for your ticket so he could take his new girlfriend.”

In response, some people questioned if or not it was a joke, while a few commented, saying she posted it with the intention of it going viral. The TikToker has addressed the claim, insisting: “I made the video without any intention of blowing up. I never made anything up. I don’t care that much.” However, the comments went on as someone else said: “This is how me and my boyfriend got back together; it’s usually a good thing, lol.” Another pointed out: “it’s weird to try to push people together, and y’all act like it’s normal.
Others agreed there’s possibly a reason they broke up as a third insisted: “Y’all not understanding if they broke up it was prolly for a reason.”
