A gorgeous bride was getting married and she walks down the aisle. But in the eyes of some of the attendants, the sight might have seemed weird because the groom was not wearing your typical suit.

He was in a Palm Angels black shirt with a pair of washed, grey jeans. On the other hand, the bride was in full getup from makeup to the dazzling mermaid gown and its long train. A TikTok video of them getting married had people slamming the groom’s sloppy look for the big event.

The TikTok video has over 1.9 million views and the comment section was filled with people criticizing the man’s overly casual look for his big day. One asked, “Did he not know he was getting married?”

“Is the guy filling in for a mate?” commented another.

One guessed what might’ve been happening, “Wedding at 5. Wetherspoons with “the lads” at 6.”

“That is sad, look how beautiful she looks. He couldn’t even be bothered changing from the night before,” commented another.

One user imagined what it would be like to show others her wedding pictures, “You’ve seen the photos, she’s stunning and uh, he’s there.”

The person who filmed and shared the video was Violet Price from Doncaster. She was Catherine Nicholson’s, the bride, “sister and best friend in one.”

The video tells that Catherine had not planned to fall in love this summer, then fast forward a few months later, she was saying her vow with a partner.

The friend later shared, “For god’s sake stop, she’s married & very happy. She’s not bothered wat way he dressed she’s married & that’s all that matters.”

But several users were pointing out that she didn’t even look excited about her day in the pictures. One wrote, “She’s not exactly giving happy in love vibes tbf.”

Another pointed out how fast the couple had decided progress in their relationship and wrote, “Everyone talking about what he’s wearing but I’m thinking how a couple MONTHS before her wedding she didn’t wanna fall in love…”

A lot of people did not vibe with his outfit choices, but as long as everyone involved is happy, right?
