BBC drama is bringing back more thriller and ‘Dublin Murder’ looks like a promising mystery crime series. BBC has brought back talented screenwriter Sarah Phelps who is most well-known for her works on TV dramas based on Agatha Christie writings and adaptation of ‘Casual Vacancy’ by JK Rowling.

The trailer for the series has dropped, check it out:

Detectives Rob Reilly (Killian Scott) and Cassie Maddox (Sarah Greene) are the main characters for the movie that is based on crime novelist Tana French. The story is spread through eight parts, each focusing on different detectives cracking difference cases. Lead director and executive producer of the series is Saul Dibb.

What Sarah did was blending in the first two books, ‘In the Woods’ and ‘The Likeness’ where detective Reilly and Cassie work to solve the mysterious case. She commented, “Tana’s compelling novels are both nail-biting thrillers, inquiries into the nature of evil and heartbreaking stories of human frailty, love, and loss. I couldn’t be more excited to be bringing The Dublin Murders to audiences.”
