With eight scans, including several taken on the NHS suggesting they were having a girl, a final scan two days before their 3rd child was due revealed it was a boy instead.
Mr. Govan, a care worker, hurried down to town to get a baby boy grows as his wife started having contractions. Weighing 71bs 1oz, Max – the newly born baby is now 12-weeks old.

‘When I first discovered I was having a baby girl I was happy enough. I already had two girls and most of my friends had girls too. I have never really been around boys, so I felt I knew what I was doing.’
‘I was happy about my girl tribe, but the ironic thing is my eldest daughter wanted a brother. So I had to keep ringing it in her eardrum that it was a girl and it would be fun. We bought little sister clothes and include the girls in what was happening.’ Mrs. Heaney, a carer explained.

She added: ‘I couldn’t believe it when the sonographer at the final scan revealed it was a boy. I felt the blood drain from me. My body felt all weird.’
