Britney Spears Models A Neon Green Minidress & Compares Going Out With Her GFs To ‘The Blind Leading The Blind’
The post comes as Britney hits back at claims of mental health struggles.
The pop star donned the strapless neon green minidress to pose up a storm for her over 41K followers. The IG post had Salt-N-Pepa’s hit track playing over the video, which then saw Britney Spears rock her blonde hair as she pulled up her cleavage and wobbled in the center of her foyer. She also flashed her teeth at the camera and used a can of hairspray.
In the caption of her video, the 41-year-old referenced the comedy Bridesmaids as she described what it was like when she and her girls would enjoy a night out on the town.
Britney, who recently suffered a loss when she sold her mansion in Calabasas, wrote: “When me and my girls would go out it was the blind leading the blind…like in the movie Bridesmaids. Officer if I was drunk do you think I could do this???” The comments section would normally have been flooded but the Gimme More star has turned it off, so no one could leave their thoughts.
Last month, the singer sparked concern after posting a weird clip that showed her using an Australian accent to show off some dresses she got.
At a point in the clip, Britney abruptly stopped dancing around her room and then told fans not to reach out to the police if she decides to delete her Instagram. She said into the camera: “So, guys, I just want you to know if I shutdown my Instagram do not call the cops.” The post comes after Britney hit at claims that loved ones staged a failed intervention over fears she might die amid alleged mental health struggles.
The singer lashed out in an Instagram post, saying she might have to stop posting on social media and writing: “It makes me sick to my stomach that it’s even legal for people to make up stories that I almost died.”
She added: “I mean at some point enough is enough!!! I’m probably going to have to stop posting on Instagram because even though I enjoy doing it, there’s obviously a lot of people who don’t wish me well!!! I’m honestly not surprised at all. Again, doing the best I can!!! Again, the conservatorship has been over for almost a year. No folks. It’s not 2007. It’s 2023 and I’m making my first homemade lasagna at home.”
In another post, Britney blasted the reports once again and denied that she has a management team or medical doctors.
“This week in the news it said that I almost died and that I have a manager and doctors!!! I don’t have a management team nor will I ever again in my life!!! I don’t have medical doctors!!!,” Britney said while declaring that: “I take Prozac for depression and that’s about it!!! I’m an extremely boring person!!!” However, the pop star has a reputation for deactivating and reactivating her social media pages.
