A Baltimore Real Estate Developer has handed over to his 198 staff a $10million holiday bonus. With each receiving an average of $50,000 check, the St. John Properties which worth over $3.5 billion revealed the payday at a recent holiday party.

Edward St. John, the company founder, and chairman told its employees that the amount each employee would receive largely depends on their tenure, but most will take home an average of $50,000.

Reported on New York Post, the company’s employees screamed out in disbelief when St. John told them of the bonus. Each staff at the party opened a red envelope containing the precise size of their award and were stunned.
