To complement the all-red look, the 35-year-old gave herself an inch in a pair of rouge-strapped stilettos and carried an envelope clutch bag in one hand.
Ashley’s appearance on the show comes as she was recently forced to defend her decision to stop breastfeeding her twins, now 13 months old. Speaking on the Daily Show, she told guest host Chelsea Handler that she opted to stop breastfeeding Malachi and Roman after five months and that she gave them the best formula she couldn’t find in America.
The model, a spokesperson for formula company Bobbie, commented on people who think they have the right to tell others how to feed their children.
Ashley said: “These little guys are so strong and so happy, so I don’t think we should be telling people how they should be feeding their kids.” The former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover star, concluded, jokingly likening breastfeeding her sons to feeding a nation while also stating: “There’s this whole thing with people telling you how to feed your child. With my first kid, I was like, “I couldn’t only breastfeed.” This is the right way.”
The Dolce & Gabbana show had a star-studded guest list, including the likes of Kim Kardashian.
And also, for her appearance, Ashley, married to her husband Justin had her brunette tresses back into a sleek updo, alongside a touch of eyeliner and a slick of red lipstick.
Speaking about parenthood with host Chelsea, the plus-size beauty explained how it has been a journey and noted her hair even fell out. She said: “Then I had the twins, and I was like, ‘I’m not doing this. This is not working here. Both of you want both of [my breasts]. This is a lot of work.” However, Ashley previously spoke about her stressful breastfeeding journey with the PEOPLE.
She shared that the first week of breastfeeding her twins was challenging because she was trying to figure out how to position them and latch them on.
Ashley claimed things eventually changed, both with her and the babies she welcomed in January 2022. She stated: “All of a sudden, it was like we didn’t want to do it anymore, and I felt defeated.” I felt like, “What am I going to do?” “How am I going to feed my babies.” The model then said she had to have some internal conversations with herself before she got through the tough moments.
However, Ashley had met Justin [pictured] in 2009 amid a church service and they quickly began dating, with their wedding happening the following year.
