Artist Relates Situations With History In 30 Dark Humor Comics
Old but gold.
It’s been a while since we’ve seen comics and characters drawn in the 90’s style. They are drawn pretty realistic with lines that look a bit shaky, shadings that are still done with linings and always in black and white only. Don’t you miss the way humor was conveyed in this old-school style that is rather dark and relatable?
Jake likes onion. Jake is also the person who drew these B&W comics and posted them on his Instagram page jakelikesonions. It appears that his sarcasm and a rather traditional drawing style are popular among readers. It’s shown from the 389k followers he has now, with a lot of people commenting about how smart the jokes are executed.
