Landlord Mistakenly Reveals Why Some Landlords Never Give Back Deposit

Renting an apartment can really be a nightmare. It can be terrible watching the huge portion of your paycheck disappearing into the black hole and if you have, however, ever felt or get the feeling your landlord is being deceitful, then you are absolutely right.

Just recently, a screenshot from an unidentified user, who infiltrated a Facebook group for landlords has been motivating people to also share their renting nightmare stories as well as tips on how to avoid them.

The group, run by a self-described “a**kicking landlord of 8 rental properties ‘ aimed at maintaining  a group where landlords can get together to support and to save others.’

While it’s still unclear with what people do in there, this recently shared screenshot has let people have a mental image of how landlords plot the best means to wring their tenants dry.
