An estimated 200 homeowners from Changsha, Hunan, has been left disappointed after visiting their newly-built and purchased apartments. The Man-made lake in the advert turned out to be total Fraud.
Officially advertised as a 41% forestation rate and living in a park, the blue plastic covering designed to appear like water was completely fake.
The home developers even went to the extent of creating islands and a bridge to balance the illusion. On the other hand, the forestation was just a grass-planting brick.
Reacting, a staff of the Changsha Shiji Yujing Real Estate Company, who built all of the apartments, explained they had never promised a lake to the owners from the initial. Instead, they had mentioned they would be staying close to nature.
