Ilhan Omar Slammed For Criticizing Video Showing Christians Singing In A Flight
“Feel free to pack your bags and head back to … wherever you’re from.”
Rep. Ilhan Omar, who’s going for reelection this year, had been slammed after criticizing a group of Christians singing on a flight. The Minnesota Democrat contrasted the moment to her own religion, and the reception had been mixed.

Reshared by Twitter user Fifty Shades of Whey, a clip of the Kingdom Realm Ministries members singing on a plane was first filmed by the founder Jack Jensz Jr.
I think my family and I should have a prayer session next time I am on a plane. How do you think it will end? pic.twitter.com/5696Erwsl5

He captioned the clip that was filmed in an EasyJet plane, “#Jesus is taking over this Flight.”
Filmed inside were church members singing spiritual songs in the aisle, suggesting that it might be a chartered flight. Omar reacted to the video and wrote, “I think my family and I should have a prayer session next time I am on a plane.”
“How do you think it will end?” the tweet with almost 200k likes read.

Georgia congressional candidate Vernon Jones slammed back at the woman, “Why do you hate Christians, Ilhan? If the freedom of religion we enjoy here in America disturbs you, feel free to pack your bags and head back to Somalia, Sudan, or wherever you’re from. Take your brother with you.”
Minnesota’s 5th Congressional District candidate Cicely Davis also slammed the woman’s reaction, “Qatar – a country you’re very familiar with – plays Islamic prayers on the intercom before takeoff on their planes. They have a designated prayer area & coordinates for Mecca are posted on the screens.”
“It’s no problem. The issue is you hate Christians & Jews & lots of Muslims,” her scathing argument concluded.

TMZ reports that Kingdom Realm Ministries has frequented European countries to help refugees escape Ukraine from the Russian invasion. The video owner, who’s also Jack Jensz Jr. himself, had replied to the situation.
Apparently, the man had received permission from the pilot to sing the song.

“On this flight, we had our team, and our team, we went up to the air host and shared with them what we’ve been doing in Ukraine,” shared the man in a video. “And we asked them if it’s ok if we could sing a song on the plane.”
“The air host asked the pilot, they both agreed, and the air host then got on the intercom and said to the passengers that we have some people that would like to sing a song. Everyone clapped.”
