Bride-To-Be Shows Off Her Engagement Ring, But People Noticed Something And Slammed It

When you pull down TikTok feeds, you’ll inevitably see numerous challenges, and in the most recent, women are flaunting their engagement ring under the #Ringpop trend. One of such is this bride-to-be who recently got engaged and decided to share her excitement as she couldn’t bear it all up. Sadly, she got the unexpected! 

Taking to the app, the woman drew attention to her French Manicure before showing off her engagement ring, which had a gold band with a diamond. 

“He could have proposed with a ring pop, but…,” reads the caption on the woman’s video [now made private]. 

While the bride was all delighted, people in the comments were quite brutal about the size of the diamond. One person cruelly said: “Does the ring come with a complimentary magnifying glass? Another savaged stated: “Nails more expensive than the ring.” A third added: “While his pockets aren’t hurting, my eyes are tryna find the diamond.”

But thankfully, some people railed to support the bride and applauded the delicate style of the ring. 

“Very classy. Everyone like these gaudy, tacky, borderline visually offensive rings these days but this… this is what I’m talking about,” Someone commented. Jumping in defense, another said: “As a minimalist I love it.” A third also stated: “And that’s not a backhanded compliment, I think the simplicity is wonderful.”
