But most of the time, employers can make out if the candidate is someone they want to work with, or as an HR, someone the company can benefit from.
By conversing, observing, and getting answers from a candidate, an interviewer can get a gist of that person’s personality. Is this person someone creative enough to add insights during discussions? Or, is this someone who’ll get the job done efficiently, even under time-constraint?
