Woman, 53, Says Older Ladies Can Also Rock G-String Bikinis But Some People Disagree

Living in the moment is crucial, as what matters is one’s mindset and not one’s concerns, says the powerful message Elle Anthony recently told her followers as she discussed the societal rules about who can or can’t wear G-string bikinis. She’s on a mission to inspire older women, reminding them they should be able to flaunt their bodies or shapes no matter how old or what shape they’re in.

Speaking about body positivity, Elle Anthony urged older women in their 50s and upwards to wear G-string bikinis, and short shorts as summer is now upon us.

Taking to TikTok, the 53-year-old noted, “Baby, if you’re ready to go to the beach and you have no shame about what your body looks like in a bathing suit, surf shorts, or swim shorts, then you’re summer beach body ready.” Elle began her message by confidently declaring “Summer is upon us, and everyone is always talking about getting their summer beach body ready.”

Apart from urging older women to rock the G-string bikinis, Elle also encouraged them to embrace freedom and disregard the societal pressure they encounter as they age.

“Wear that bikini, wear that G-string, wear those short shorts, whatever you’re into. This is your summer.” She continued, “Remember, it’s only society that puts criticisms, labels, and standards on us that we didn’t even ask for.” Elle appears to adhere to her viewpoints without compromise, often flaunting her body in bold clothing and bikinis while proofing that societal rules don’t matter at all.

So far, most of her followers supported the stance of older women wearing G-string bikinis, but some held differing opinions, and a few trolled the beauty. Someone wrote, “No thanks. I have seen enough.’’ Another commented, “It all depends on what shape you are.’’ A third remarked, “[…] no human ever needs to wear a “G-string” at the beach. Having confidence doesn’t require you to dress inappropriately. Dress modestly and have fun at the beach.’’
