TikTok Star Pleads To Her 7.6 Million Followers To Find Her Son’s Murderer
“This is my son and you took him from me.”
Horrendous news came from Mama Tot’s account, that her son had been gunned down in Alabama just days before his 19th birthday. The TikTok star – whose real name is Ophelia Nichols – shared how devastated she was, adding that she’s determined to find the killer.
“I’m doing this video for a reason because I need y’alls help. I ain’t never asked y’all for anything, but I need your help with this. There’s almost 7 million people that follow me, somebody’s gotta know something.”
Desperate, she pleaded to her followers to tell her something, anything, about Randon Lee, her son, last moments. She sobbed, “Today would have been my baby’s 19th birthday. But he was took from me last night, took from my children, my husband, and my family. My son was murdered.”
“He was shot. And I have this hatred in my heart that I don’t recognize because I have never felt hate for anybody,” the heartbreaking clip of the mom-of-four continued.
“He was just 18 years old, that’s the best part of somebody’s life. And I know they’re out there. In my town. They’re out there. They’re out there living and breathing, but my son is dead.
“I want you to look at my son. Look at my son. Look at him. This is my son, and you took him from me. Look at his face. Look at it. Because I’ll never seen it again.”
“Somebody knows who did this to my child, and I’m asking for somebody’s help, anybody’s. That’s my son. My son. My son. Please,” she pleaded once more.
Since the viral clip, more information began to emerge, including how Randon was dealing with marijuana when he was shot to death.

Nichols, after a meal with the family to celebrate Randon’s supposed 19th birthday, shared that there was “a lot of stuff” that the family “just didn’t know” about before this. She said, “You know when your children live out on their own and pay their own bills, and they have a good job, it just don’t cross your mind that they would be doing anything to get themselves into trouble.”
“But we’ve been told that the detectives think that marijuana was being dealt and my son was meeting there, and either they tried robbing or did rob him, but he was shot.”
She went on to share how Randon wasn’t doing well after his dad was out of the picture, and for some time, he struggled. But for the past year, the family had believed that he was “doing so good, like doing so good.”
She added that he came from “good people” but that “don’t matter” sometimes. And it definitely “gives nobody the right to shoot my son.”

Prichard Police Department Detective Jason Hadaway shared that the two individuals caught on tape killing him had previous relations with the man.
“We do know at this time that Mr. Lee did have a relationship as far as selling to different individuals,” said the police. “These two individuals had bought from him in the past.”
