Snickers Launches World’s Biggest Chocolate Bar Weighing 4,728 Pounds

Snickers on Monday spiced up its Super Bowl commercial featuring their Guinness World Record-Setting Candy Bar.

Weighing an estimated 4,728, the candy bar is made up of over 1,200 pounds of cameral, nougat and peanuts combined and almost 3,500 pounds of chocolate.

‘We have produced the most satisfying SNICKERS bar ever with the assistance of @GWR.’ The company tweeted.

Marking ten years since the iconic Game Spot launched the award-winning ‘You Are Not You When You Are Hungry’ Campaign, Snickers had in December announced their plan to return to Super Bowl with a new Ad.

‘A big congratulations @Snickers on producing the world’s largest chocolate nut bar! Weighing a massive 4,728ib, it’s made up of 3,500 pounds of chocolate as well as 1,300 pounds of caramel.’ Guinness said.

In December, Snickers announced their plan to return to Super Bowl with a new Ad

Planning to feature a new spot developed by BBDO New York during the Super Bowl LIV On February 2^nd, this is, however, the brand’s sixth Super Bowl Ad in the past decade.

‘It’s undoubtedly a big year for the Snickers Brand. We are not celebrating just the 90^th anniversary of the brand, but also the Super Bowl marking ten years since the iconic Game Spot launched the award-winning campaign.’ Brand Director, Snicker – Josh Olken said.

This is the brand’s sixth Super Bowl Ad in the past decade

Created at the Mars Wrigley Plant in Waco Texas, the brand’s employees around the country will all get a taste of the giant snickers, and once it’s completely consumed, the bar will officially be regarded and recorded by Guinness World Records as the Largest Chocolate Nut Bar.
