Oti Mabuse Dazzled In A Custom Corset As She Arrived At The Dancing On Ice Final
Nile Wilson is crowned winner of Dancing On Ice 2023.
All eyes were on Oti Mabuse at the 14th series of Dancing On Ice. The 32-year-old wowed in a grand finale outfit of a red sparkling custom corset, which put her curvaceous figure on center stage while barely containing her ample assets. Mabuse’s glamorous makeup complimented her dazzling gold statement earrings which accessorize the outfit more.
The former Strictly Come Dancing professional, had her hair in chocolate brown braids in a one-sided updo, and she posed up a storm in pre-show snaps.
The finale saw Nile Wilson crowned as the winner of Dancing On Ice 2023. Accordingly, it saw the Olympian break down in tears as he joined his professional partner Olivia Smart lifting the glittering trophy, after wowing viewers with his version of the iconic Bolero skate. Nile follows in the path of last year’s winner Regan Gascoigne, who won the show alongside his partner Karina Manta.
“I just want to say, 11 human beings proved we could do anything if you put your mind to something and work hard, you can achieve anything,” Nile emotionally said.
Runner-up Joey added: “I missed a few steps but it was the best time of my life, well done to Nile and Olivia.” Vivienne and Colin came in third in the final. Notably, Nile was up first with an elegant performance and said at the end: “I can’t believe I got emotional.” Joey also took the ice and gave an emotional performance, with Judge Chris saying: “You have come so far but pointed out a few missteps.”
Mabuse, who is now a judge on the ITV show’s panel paired her custom corset from Deborah Brand with a burgundy thigh-high split silk skirt that bared her legs.
To complete her look, she slipped her feet into a pair of gold strappy-heeled sandals which added inches to her frame.
Photos from the show have since been posted on Instagram, with Mabuse captioning them: “It’s the GRAND FINAL [love emoji] Goodluck to all the finalists.”
As of late, Mabuse has been very daring with Dancing On Ice outfits as she had opted for a see-through two-piece that flashed her underwear. The dancer looked amazing in the barely-there gown from Hana which she paired with nude underwear. A pair of strappy silver stilettoes and a chic updo complete the stunning TV look. However, Nile made history as the first male contestant to perform the headbanger, also called the bounce spin.
Nile was given the maximum amount of points for the show-stopping routine [the headbanger] with judges Ashley Banjo, Mabuse, Jayne Torvill and Chris Dean all scoring him 10.
The routine particularly sees a skater pick up their ankle and spun around by their partner. And due to the potential danger, the move is often banned by the International Skating Union [ISU] which governs competitive skating. If performed at an ISU event, points will be reduced by the judges but it can be used in routines for exhibition or show skating. Speaking ahead of his routine, Nile had claimed it’s intimidating to compete with eight other professionals but would blend in with them.
